FCT Strategies'Founder, Flora Tromelin, has been formally recognized on multiple occasions as a top performer by the U.S. Department of State.
Flora served as senior advisor on all aspects of protocol, etiquette, cross-cultural communication, as well as senior event manager to the U.S. Ambassador to France and Monaco, other senior executives. She received the highest award of U.S. Embassy France when she was recognized as the best Embassy employee for the year 2018.

2022 Arizona Sustainability Leadership Award
Our founder Flora has been recognized on April 22, 2022, for her work as former Chief of Protocol to the U.S. Ambassador to France and Monaco, a role in which she facilitated meetings between the French and American Secretary of Energy and Environment during the Paris Climate Agreement. (COP21)
She was also nominated for her sustainable approach when it comes to coordinating an event.
