Flora Tromelin received a Master's in marketing and management in France and completed a Master Certificate in cross-cultural communications and global crisis management at Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, AZ. As Chief of Protocol to the U.S. Ambassador to France, one of Flora’s duties was to help fill in the cultural gaps to build strong and longstanding relationships between Foreign and American diplomats.
